The story behind the establishment of "Paradise Bird" is filled with a parent's love for their child. The owner said, "Returning to the teppanyaki business is because of my son, and opening this restaurant is also because of him." About a decade ago, due to the simple lifestyle in Matsu, the owner brought her son, who has hearing impairments, back to Matsu. To provide a stable environment for her son, who studied culinary arts, she rented this building and created a warm café restaurant for him. This place offers steak and Western cuisine, which is different from traditional meals and has become a popular venue for birthday parties for many children in Matsu. Meanwhile, the owner has to manage the breakfast business at the nearby mountain, and to avoid disappointing long-distance guests, lunch is only available by reservation.
