Paradise Bird Introduction
The story behind the establishment of "Paradise Bird" is filled with the love of parents for their children. The owner said, "Returning to teppanyaki was because of my son, and opening this restaurant was also because of my son." Due to the simple life in Matsu, over a decade ago, she brought her hearing-impaired son back to Matsu. To provide a place for her son, who studied culinary arts, the owner rented this building to create a cozy café-restaurant for him. This place offers steaks and Western cuisine that are different from traditional flavors and has become a venue for many children in Matsu to celebrate birthday parties. The owner must balance her breakfast business at the nearby Shanlong, and to avoid guests traveling long distances for nothing, lunch is currently available by reservation only.
