Bird of Paradise Introduction
The opening story of "Heavenly Bird" is filled with a parent's love for their child. The owner mentioned, "I returned to the teppanyaki business because of my son, and I opened this restaurant also because of him." Due to the simple life in Matsu, over a decade ago, she brought her son, who has hearing impairment, back to Matsu. In order to provide a stable place for her son who studies culinary arts, the owner rented this building to create a warm café-restaurant for him. Here, steaks and Western dishes that differ from traditional local cuisine are served, making it a popular venue for birthday parties for many children in Matsu. To balance the breakfast business at Shanlong and to avoid inconveniencing guests who travel long distances, lunch is currently by reservation only.
