The owner, Daxiong, is a native of Qiaozi Village and farms mussels, oysters, and whelks in Aokou. The waters around Qiaozi have strong currents and are rich in plankton, and due to the unpolluted water quality, the fresh mussels, oysters, and whelks not only supply the store’s self-service charcoal grill but also offer delivery services via air cargo to Taiwan for sale. The sea is Daxiong's refrigerator; Daxiong Self-Service Charcoal Grilled provides freshly harvested oysters, mussels, and whelks as well as a variety of seafood every day, along with charcoal and grilling equipment for outdoor use. Friends are welcome to gather in the evening at Qiaozi, enjoying the sound of the waves and the night view while tasting the freshest seafood from Matsu, leaving them with lasting memories and good times.
