Daxiong Self-Service Charcoal Grill Introduction
Daxiong Self-Service Charcoal Barbecue is located next to the "Sanhe Temple" in Qiaozi Village, Beigan, and officially opened in the summer of 2011. The owner, Daxiong, has lived in Qiaozi Village for generations and cultivates cockles, oysters, and sea snails in Aokou. The waters around Qiaozi are well-circulated and rich in phytoplankton, and due to the unpolluted water quality, the fresh cockles, oysters, and sea snails are not only available for self-service charcoal grilling in the restaurant but also offered for home delivery to Taiwan via air freight. The sea serves as Daxiong's refrigerator, providing freshly harvested oysters, cockles, sea snails, and a variety of seafood on the same day. Charcoal and cooking equipment are available for outdoor use. Friends are welcome to gather in the evening at Qiaozi to listen to the waves, enjoy the night scenery, and savor the freshest seafood in Matsu, leaving unforgettable memories and a longing to return.
