Daxiong Self-Service Barbecue Introduction
Daxiong Self-Service Barbecue is located next to the "Sanhe Temple" in Qiaozi Village, Beigan, and officially opened in the summer of 2011. The owner, Daxiong, is a local resident of Qiaozi Village and farms mussels, oysters, and whelks in Aokou. The waters around Qiaozi have a smooth current rich in plankton, and due to the unpolluted water quality, the fresh mussels, oysters, and whelks are not only supplied for self-service barbecue at the restaurant but also available for delivery services, shipped by air to Taiwan for sale. The ocean serves as Daxiong's refrigerator, providing freshly harvested oysters, mussels, whelks, and a variety of seafood on the same day. Charcoal and cooking equipment are available for outdoor use. Friends are welcome to gather in the evening at Qiaozi, listening to the waves and enjoying the night scenery while tasting the sweetest seafood in Matsu, creating unforgettable memories.
