Later, due to a decrease in the number of soldiers on the island and the completion of Matsu Airport, they shifted to the restaurant business, and it has been running for six years now. Beigan Tang focuses on seafood dishes with Eastern Fujian flavors, as well as Matsu-style cuisine. The red yeast rice used in the restaurant is brewed by the owner herself, giving it a unique flavor that is worth tasting in person. They accept walk-in customers, groups, and banquet meals, but since the chef is only the owner, it is recommended that customers make a reservation in advance.
