In the central part of the Aokou north of Qinbi Village, there is a protruding granite reef that resembles a giant turtle resting on the water's surface due to its unique geological features. The locals thus refer to it as "Turtle Island." Surrounding Turtle Island, the water is crystal clear, reflecting the landscape like a mirror. Qinbi Village, known as "Mirror Bay," thrived in its time, and the legend states that this was due to the excellent feng shui of the area and because local residents believe that many folk tales and beliefs originate from Turtle Island. Therefore, Turtle Island is regarded as one of the treasures of the village. Additionally, during April and May every year, it is one of the best spots for viewing "blue tears." The Legend of the Black Stone Tablet: If you have a telescope or camera in hand, don't forget to use a telephoto lens to zoom in and discover a black stone tablet on the island, inscribed with "Plant Banyan to Gather Wealth." It is said that around 1994, at the instruction of the Iron Arm Marshal of the Tianhou Temple, residents erected the tablet with the inscriptions "Plant Banyan to Gather Wealth" and "Donors' Names Stone Tablet." Over the past 20 years, Qinbi Village has gradually become a popular tourist destination in Matsu, attracting more and more visitors and becoming a unique folk settlement!

Local residents believe that many folk tales and beliefs originated from Turtle Island, thus considering it one of the village's treasures. Each year, during April and May, it becomes one of the best spots to observe the "blue tears." The Legend of the Black Stone Tablet: If you have a telescope or camera, don't forget to use a telephoto lens to get a closer view, where you will find a black stone tablet on the island inscribed with "Plant Banyan to Gather Wealth."
