Fah Master Xiehe Food Store Introduction
Established in 1976, Hsieh He Food Company was founded by Mr. Wang Tun-fa, who was inspired by the spirit of promoting traditional Matsu craftsmanship. Located in Tangqi, Beigan, Hsieh He Food Company has diligently continued the tradition of Matsu cuisine for nearly forty years, producing traditional delicacies such as Matsu pastry, Fujong pastry, shredded radish pancake, golden sweet potato dumplings, and wedding ceremony pastries, all of which are deeply loved by the local community.
