Harmony Café Introduction
Founded in 1976, Concord Food Hall was established by Mr. Wang Dun-fa, who apprenticed at the most renowned bakery in Matsu, "Wan Feng You" (originating from Mawei, Fujian Province, China), and later became a master instructor in pastry arts. Inspired by the spirit of promoting Matsu's traditional craftsmanship, he set up Concord Food Hall in Tangqi, Beigan Township. Nearly forty years into its establishment, Concord Food Hall has persistently preserved traditional Matsu delicacies such as Matsu cakes, hibiscus cakes, shredded radish pancakes, golden sweet potato dumplings, and wedding pastries, which are beloved by locals. In recent years, in response to changing consumer habits and market trends, the bakery has introduced refined pastry-making techniques, blending Western desserts with traditional snacks, and has expanded its operations through modernized equipment to further promote Matsu's culinary heritage.
