Xiehe Composite Café Introduction

Harmonious Food Shop was established in the 65th year of the Republic of China. Mr. Wang Tun-fa, the person in charge, trained early on at the most renowned pastry shop in Matsu, "Wanfengyou" (originating from Mawei, Fujian, China), where he eventually became a pastry master. With a desire to promote the spirit of Matsu's traditional skills, he founded Harmonious Food Shop in Tangqi, Beigan. Nearly forty years since its inception, Harmonious Food Shop has diligently continued the tradition of Matsu's local delicacies—Matsu pastry, Furong pastry, radish cake, golden sweet potato dumplings, and wedding gift pastries—which are deeply loved by the locals. In recent years, responding to changes in consumer habits and market trends, they have also introduced refined western pastry-making techniques, combining the characteristics of western pastries with traditional foods. Utilizing modern equipment, they have expanded their operational areas, making Matsu's traditional delicacies even more prominent.
