Shang Fu Snack Shop Introduction
Originally located at the old Dongmen Circle, the restaurant began serving oily soup and was relocated to the wall of Xiaonan and the affiliated elementary school of the teacher's college after it was dismantled in 1968. Regardless of lunch or dinner time, there is always a long queue. When I asked the owner about their specialty, she directly replied, "We insist on using fresh pork." The braised pork rib rice for NT$55, curry rice for NT$55, and the lunch set for NT$110 are some of the signature items that have been passed down since the establishment. As for the lunch set, it is similar to a combo meal and includes a green salad, fried fish, fried shrimp, and fried pork cutlet. In addition to the four signature dishes, there are also three soups offered: "Chuanxiong Brain Soup, Pork Rib Soup, and Miso Soup," which are definitely worth trying.
