Hong Kong Chu Kee Tea House Introduction
Established in 1999, our restaurant initially focused on Hong Kong-style dim sum, believing that expanding our services would attract more customers, leading to a diversification of our menu with various stir-fry dishes. Following the principle of low profit margins and high sales volume, we adopted a mid-range price strategy. With the approval and support of numerous customers, we have developed our own unique style. Our Hong Kong-style dim sum includes signature dishes such as Honey Chicken Feet, Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, and Herbal Fish Maw, while our stir-fry dishes are popular with items like Matsusaka Pork, Ginger Pork Intestines, and Spicy Dragon Gallbladder.
