In Matsu, it is not easy to find vegetarian food, as most local dishes are seafood-based, and red yeast rice ingredients mostly include pork ribs. With great curiosity, I visited the Vegetarian Garden. After chatting with the owner, I discovered that she came from Taiwan. As a vegetarian, she couldn't find suitable restaurants in Nangan, so out of necessity, she decided to cook for herself and even opened a small shop to serve vegetarian friends.
