Vegetarian Garden Introduction
In Matsu, it's quite difficult to find vegetarian food, as most of the local cuisine is seafood-based, and the red fermented rice ingredients are mostly pork ribs. Out of curiosity, I came to the Vegetarian Garden. After chatting with the owner, I discovered that she came from Taiwan and is a vegetarian herself. Unable to find suitable restaurants in Nangan, she had to cook for herself, and now she even runs a small shop to serve her vegetarian friends.
