Vegetarian Garden Introduction
In Matsu, it is quite difficult to find vegetarian food, as most dishes are seafood-based, and the red fermented rice ingredients are mostly pork ribs. With great curiosity, I came to the Vegetarian Garden. After talking with the owner, I discovered that she had come from Taiwan. As a vegetarian, she could not find suitable restaurants in Nangan, so she had to adapt and cook for herself. Now, she even runs a small shop to serve her vegetarian friends.
