Vegetarian Garden Introduction
In Matsu, it is not easy to find vegetarian food, as most of the local cuisine features seafood, and the red yeast rice ingredients are mostly pork ribs. With great curiosity, I arrived at the Vegetarian Garden. After chatting with the owner, I learned that she came from Taiwan and, being a vegetarian herself, was unable to find suitable restaurants in Nangan. In times of hardship, she adapted and started cooking for herself, and now she has opened a small shop to serve her vegetarian friends.
