Vegetarian Garden Introduction
It is not easy to find vegetarian food in Matsu, as most local cuisine is seafood-based, and the red yeast rice ingredients are mostly pork ribs. With a curious mindset, I visited the Vegetarian Garden. After chatting with the owner, I discovered that she originally came from Taiwan. As a vegetarian, she was unable to find suitable restaurants in Nangan, so necessity led her to adapt and start cooking for herself. She even opened a small shop to serve fellow vegetarians.
