Vegetarian Garden Introduction
In Matsu, it's quite difficult to find vegetarian food, as most of the local cuisine is seafood-based, and the red fermented rice ingredients primarily consist of pork and ribs. With a sense of curiosity, I arrived at the Vegetarian Garden. After chatting with the owner, I discovered that she had come from Taiwan. Being a vegetarian herself, she struggled to find suitable restaurants in Nangan, and out of necessity, she started cooking for herself. Eventually, she opened a small shop to serve her vegetarian friends.
