Lunten Recreation Area Introduction
Lun Tian Recreation Area, located in Gufeng Village, Zhuoxi Township, Hualien County, was originally planned and developed by the East Coast National Scenic Area Administration. It combines the border area between Hualien and Taitung counties with nearby attractions such as Ruisui, Yuli, Fuli, and Chihshang, creating a one-day travel system. The recreation area covers approximately 1.3 hectares and is now operated by an external company, which has transformed it into the elegant "Green Sea Skyline" resort. The park includes accommodations in Bunun slate houses, an outdoor performance theater, a dining center, a parking lot, and other recreational facilities. The service center, circular outdoor theater, and other buildings in the recreation area are imbued with strong Bunun cultural styles, allowing visitors to experience various aspects of Bunun culture.
