Getou Waterfall Introduction
This area is surrounded by mountains, and when the sun shines, the moisture accumulated in the woods evaporates into clouds and mist, resembling a pile of white waves rolling among the green mountains, creating a sea of clouds landscape. There are many places to admire the sea of clouds here, with the Xiaogetou area along the North-Yilan Highway being the most famous. From Xiaogetou, one can gaze northward at Mount Yuguizuling and other peaks, with the mountain ridges protruding above the cloud layer. Whenever the weather changes slightly, the entire mountain range sinks into the sea of clouds, creating a magnificent view. Compared to other sea of clouds viewing spots in Taiwan, its characteristics are a lower elevation and a higher frequency of appearance.
