GeTou Cloud Waterfall Introduction
This area is surrounded by mountains, and when the sun shines, the moisture trapped in the forests evaporates into clouds and mist, resembling a heap of white waves churning among the green mountains, creating a sea of clouds. There are many places to enjoy the sea of clouds here, with the area around Xiaogetou on the North Yi Highway being the most famous. Looking north from Xiaogetou toward Yuguailing and other mountains, the ridges rise above the clouds; whenever the weather changes slightly, the entire mountain range sinks into the sea of clouds, making for a spectacular sight. Compared to other sea of clouds viewing spots in Taiwan, its lower altitude and higher frequency of occurrence are its distinguishing features.
