Geto Cloud Waterfall Introduction
This area is surrounded by mountains, and when the sun shines, the moisture accumulated in the forests evaporates into clouds and mist, creating a scene reminiscent of white waves surging among the green hills, forming a sea of clouds. There are many places to enjoy the sea of clouds here, with the Xiaogetou area along the North-Yi Highway being the most famous. Looking north from Xiaogetou toward Yuguai Ridge and other mountains, the peaks rise above the cloud layer, and with slight changes in the weather, the entire mountain range can be submerged in the sea of clouds, creating a spectacular sight. Compared to other sea of clouds viewing spots in Taiwan, its lower altitude and higher frequency of occurrence are distinct characteristics.
