Charcoal Kiln Trail Introduction
The Shau Tang Wo Old Trail features ancient stone steps and serene bamboo forests. However, most of the trail is located within the range of the Army Armored Corps Training Ground, and access to the most complete section of the trail requires crossing barbed wire that has been cut. The path is paved with flat stones, once laid out for the convenience of porters to walk up to the Hukou Terrace. On the left side of the trail is a rock-filled retaining wall, while the right side is adorned with lush bamboo forests. This trail can also connect to the Touniugou Old Trail.
