Tian Hsing Kiln Introduction

Tianxing Kiln is located next to the beautiful Green Tunnel and was built in 1956. It is a uniquely styled old kiln that not only opens its doors for public visits but also features a pottery workshop where you are welcome to enjoy the joy of clay modeling. Established: 1956 Main Historical Artifact 1: Wall Description: After the 921 Earthquake, there is a wall with many handprints on it.

Transportation Methods:By Car: Southbound: National Highway 3 → Mingjian/Jijiji Interchange → Provincial Highway 3 → Turn left onto the Jiji Green Tunnel (County Road 152). Northbound: National Highway 3 → Zhushan/Lugou Interchange → Provincial Highway 3 → Turn right onto the Jiji Green Tunnel (County Road 152). Bus: From Taichung Railway Station, take the Changxing bus towards Jiji and get off at Longquan Station, you can inform the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Tianxing Kiln. Train: Take the train to the Jiji branch line and get off at Longquan Station, then walk forward for about 8-10 minutes to arrive.
