Qing Zhu Bamboo Cultural Park Introduction
The Qingzhu Bamboo Cultural Park was established by the Qingzhu Production Cooperative, a non-profit organization formed by bamboo farmers, bamboo industry workers, and others dedicated to the bamboo industry. In 1997, in response to the domestic bamboo industry relocating and large areas of bamboo forests being replaced by tea plantations, the cooperative was founded to prevent the decline of the bamboo industry. The establishment of the Qingzhu Bamboo Cultural Park vertically integrates the development and operation of the bamboo industry, combining the ecological, production, lifestyle, creative, landscape, and educational functions of bamboo in one location. It is a distinctive park that features tourism and leisure, ecological conservation, local industry, and educational functions. The entire cooperative expresses gratitude to every bamboo lover who comes to experience, participate, and support Taiwan's bamboo industry! Business offerings: bamboo forest recreation activities, bamboo charcoal product experiences, bamboo-flavored cuisine, bamboo architecture, bamboo landscaping, bamboo crafts, bamboo seedlings, bamboo potted plants.
