Qingzhu Bamboo Cultural Park Introduction
The Qingzhu Bamboo Culture Park was established by the Qingzhu Production Cooperative, a non-profit organization (NPO) formed by the collective efforts of bamboo farmers and bamboo industry workers. In 1997, recognizing the decline of the domestic bamboo industry, which saw large areas of bamboo forests replaced by tea plantations, the cooperative was founded to prevent the fall of the bamboo industry. The establishment of the Qingzhu Bamboo Culture Park vertically integrates the development and operation of the bamboo industry, combining ecological, production, lifestyle, creative, scenic, and educational functions. It serves as a distinctive park that integrates tourism and leisure, ecological conservation, local industry, and education. The cooperative expresses gratitude to every bamboo enthusiast who comes to experience, participate in, and support the bamboo industry in Taiwan! Business activities: Bamboo forest recreation activities / Bamboo charcoal product experience / Bamboo-flavored cuisine / Bamboo architecture / Bamboo landscaping / Bamboo crafts / Bamboo seedlings / Bamboo potted plants.
