Qingzhu Bamboo Cultural Park Introduction
The Qingzhu Bamboo Cultural Park was established by the Qingzhu Production Cooperative, a nonprofit organization composed of bamboo farmers, bamboo industry workers, and other stakeholders. Formed in 1997, the cooperative was founded in response to the relocation of the domestic bamboo industry, which led to large bamboo forests being replaced by tea plantations, hoping to prevent the decline of the bamboo industry. The establishment of the Qingzhu Bamboo Cultural Park integrates the development and operation of bamboo-related industries, combining the ecological, production, lifestyle, creative, scenic, and educational functions of bamboo into one location. It is a unique park that features tourism and leisure, ecological conservation, local industry, and educational functions. The cooperative expresses gratitude to all bamboo enthusiasts who come to experience, participate, and support Taiwan's bamboo industry! Services offered: bamboo forest recreational activities, bamboo charcoal product experiences, bamboo-flavored cuisine, bamboo architecture, bamboo landscaping, bamboo arts, bamboo seedlings, bamboo bonsai.
