Shan Shui Fishing Harbor Introduction
On the east side of Shanshui Beach is Shanshui Fishing Port, next to which is Shanshui Stargazing Park, renovated in 2008, featuring pavilions, stargazing signposts, and walking paths. Shanshui Fishing Port is located on the southern coast of Penghu and is classified as a third-class fishing port, primarily serving local residents for docking fishing boats, unloading fish, and leisure activities. The port overlooks the expansive waters of the Southern Penghu Sea, where fishing is the main livelihood, utilizing methods such as drift gillnetting, trawling, and longline fishing. To the west of Shanshui Fishing Port lies a one-kilometer-long golden shell sand beach, complemented by the blue sea, featuring fine, continuous white sand and gentle terrain, making it suitable for swimming and surfing, and can connect with nearby natural attractions for a recreational travel route. 【Recommended stay time】0.5 hours
