In the 8th year of the Jiaqing era, a temple was established to worship Xuantian Shangdi, Wenheng Shengdi, Shuixiang Wang, Liu Da Wang, and Taiziyé, praying for peace in the land. It was reconstructed in the 63rd year of the Republic of China. The turtle-catching activity of this temple is one of the most famous folk activities in Penghu, which can be visited during the Lantern Festival.
