In the eighth year of the Jiaqing era, a temple was established to worship Xuantian Shangdi, Wenheng Shengdi, Water Immortal King, Liu Da Wang, and Prince Ye, in hopes of peace for the community. It was rebuilt in the 63rd year of the Republic of China. The temple's turtle-asking activity is one of the most famous folk customs in Penghu, and visitors can come to see it during the Lantern Festival.

Main Deity: Zhenwu Emperor Festival Date: Third day of the third month in the lunar calendar Established in the 8th year of Jiaqing, the temple is dedicated to Xuantian Shangdi, Wenheng Shengdi, Shui Xian Wang, Liu Dawang, Taizi Ye, and other deities to pray for peace in the community.
