In the eighth year of the Jiaqing era, a temple was established to worship Xuantian Shangdi, Wenheng Shengdi, Shuixian Wang, Liu Da Wang, Taizi Ye, and other deities to pray for peace. It was rebuilt in the 63rd year of the Republic of China. The turtle-asking activity of this temple is one of the most famous folk activities in Penghu, and visitors can come to see it during the Lantern Festival.
