It is said that after the pioneers relocated to the Jingan area in the third year of the Chongzhen reign of the Ming Dynasty (1630), they built a small temple here for the Zhenwu Emperor statue brought from the mainland, which was originally called the "Shangdi Temple." After the mid-Qing Dynasty, it was conferred the title of "Beijidian" by the Jade Emperor.

Main Deity: Zhenwu Dadi Festival Date: March 3rd of the lunar calendar It is said that after the ancestors migrated to Jing'an in the third year of the Chongzhen reign of the Ming Dynasty (1630), they brought the statue of Zhenwu Dadi from the mainland and built a small temple here, called "Shangdi Temple." After the mid-Qing Dynasty, it was conferred the title "North Pole Hall" by the Jade Emperor.
