It is said that after the immigrants settled in Jing'an in the third year of the Ming Chongzhen era (1630), they brought a statue of the Emperor Zhenwu from the mainland and built a small temple here, called "Shangdi Temple." After the mid-Qing Dynasty, it was conferred by the Jade Emperor as "Beijidian."

Main Deity: Zhenwu the Great Festival Date: Third day of the third month in the lunar calendar It is said that the statue of Zhenwu the Great was brought by the ancestors after migrating to Jing'an in the third year of the Chongzhen era (1630) of the Ming Dynasty. They built a small temple here, called the "Temple of the Lord," which was later granted the title "North Polar Hall" by the Jade Emperor after the mid-Qing Dynasty.
