It is said that after the pioneers migrated to Jing'an in the third year of the Ming Chongzhen era (1630), they brought the statue of the Zhenwu Emperor from the mainland and built a small temple here, originally called the "God Temple." After the mid-Qing Dynasty, it was conferred the title "North Polar Palace" by the Jade Emperor.

Main deity: Zhenwu Dadi Festival date: March 3 of the lunar calendar It is said that originally in the 3rd year of the Chongzhen reign of the Ming Dynasty (1630), the ancestors who moved to Jing'an brought the statue of Zhenwu Dadi from the mainland and built a small temple here, known as the "Shangdi Temple." After the mid-Qing Dynasty, it was granted the title of "Beijing Hall" by the Jade Emperor.
