In addition to the service counter, the first floor also features a souvenir shop and Beigan's only duty-free shop. If you need a break, the second floor has a light meal café, perfect for visitors to rest and enjoy the sea view while preparing for the next segment of their Matsu journey. Video presentation hours: 09:00-16:30, every half hour, with each session lasting about 11 minutes. Old buildings come to life again at the century-old Banli Mansion. If you want to experience the early life of the Matsu people, be sure to visit the "Banli Mansion" directly across from the Beigan Visitor Center. Built using the herringbone and T-shaped masonry techniques, the mansion features an exterior built with neatly arranged stone walls and an interior constructed with original wood, making it a mansion of its time! After renovation, the original outer wall has been preserved, while the structural beams have been replaced. The right side of the mansion is open for visitors to explore, while the left side operates as a traditional homestay. Walking through the historic wooden corridor, you may occasionally hear the familiar creaking sounds of the wooden floorboards, making it an unmissable experience of Eastern Fujian architectural charm. Banli Mansion opening hours: 8:30-17:00.
