Origin: The lamb restaurant was founded by the owner's wife's grandfather before the establishment of the Republic of China. It was later inherited and managed by the father-in-law and mother-in-law. After the father-in-law passed away and the mother-in-law grew older, with the wife's brother-in-law unwilling to take over, the owner couldn't bear to see the century-old lamb shop disappear. Therefore, he agreed to take over management and began learning the skills passed down from the grandmother from the mother-in-law. Business Philosophy: Our restaurant focuses on freshly slaughtered locally sourced lamb, offering full lamb feasts, particularly famous for our lamb rice cakes, which have been popular since the grandmother's time. Many businesses in Taiwan sell lamb, but we are the only one that offers lamb rice cakes as souvenirs. To maintain the original quality and flavor, we insist on using locally sourced lamb (which is more than twice the price of imported lamb). Our restaurant has been operating since before the Republic of China mainly due to our commitment to authenticity, loyalty to original flavors, excellent taste, and friendly service, enabling us to pass down the tradition from generation to generation.
