Origin: The Lamb Old Shop was established by the owner's wife’s grandfather before the Republic of China era. It was passed down to the owner’s father-in-law and mother-in-law. After the father-in-law passed away and the mother-in-law aged, the owner was unwilling to let this century-old lamb shop disappear, so he agreed to take over the business and began learning the craft passed down from his grandmother. Business Philosophy: Our shop primarily sells freshly slaughtered local lamb and offers a whole lamb feast, especially the lamb rice cake, which has been popular since the grandmother's time. Currently, there are many vendors selling lamb in Taiwan, but our shop is the only one that sells lamb rice cakes as gifts. To maintain the original quality and taste, we insist on using local lamb (which is more than twice the price of imported lamb). The fact that our shop has been in operation since before the Republic of China is mainly due to our commitment to authenticity, loyalty to original flavors, excellent texture, and friendly service, enabling one generation to pass on to the next.
