New Fisherman’s Wharf Seafood Restaurant Introduction
"New Fisherman's Wharf" sources all its seafood ingredients directly from the day's catch in the Nanliao fishing grounds. The restaurant procures its fish directly from anglers without going through fishmongers or middlemen, achieving true farm-to-table freshness with a completely "fresh catch, fresh buy, fresh cook" approach, fully embodying the principles of "local and fresh." In addition to the restaurant, next door is our family's fifth-generation shipyard, and we hope to organize the shipyard in the future, welcoming everyone for a visit.
