New Fisherman's Wharf Seafood Restaurant Introduction
“New Fisherman’s Wharf” sources all of its seafood ingredients directly from the day's catch in the Nanyaou sea area, purchasing them directly from fishermen rather than going through fish vendors or intermediaries. This achieves a direct farm-to-table experience that embodies the utmost “fresh catch, fresh buy, fresh cook” principle and thoroughly reflects the ideals of “local and fresh.” In addition to the restaurant, adjacent is our family-owned boatyard that has been operating for five generations. We hope that one day we can organize the boatyard for visits.
