New Fisherman's Wharf Seafood Restaurant Introduction
"New Fisherman's Wharf" sources all its seafood directly from the day's catch in the Nanshan fishing grounds. The restaurant purchases fish directly from the fishermen, without going through fishmongers or brokers, achieving a true farm-to-table experience of "freshly caught, freshly bought, freshly cooked." This practice fully embodies the principles of "local and fresh." In addition to the restaurant, right next to it is our family's fifth-generation shipyard, and we hope to have it organized for visits one day in the future.
