Coffee Remedy Introduction
In the summer, enjoy a cup of world champion coffee and a special coffee with Nanguo starfruit juice, located on Anle Street in Chiayi City, a narrow, alley-like street. The space is small with limited seating, featuring a simple and warm style that allows for relaxation. The proprietor, Xiao Yu, worked for many years at Simple Kaffa and is a direct disciple of world champion barista Wu Ze Lin. In 2021, Xiao Yu returned to her hometown to open a shop, introducing Xingbo coffee beans to Chiayi, so locals can enjoy champion coffee without queuing in Taipei. The shop's philosophy is to share a better coffee drinking culture learned in Taipei with fellow enthusiasts in her hometown. Café Solution offers hand-brewed and espresso coffee, and there are also daily limited desserts available. For those who don't prefer pure coffee, there are creative drinks to try. The summer lemon coffee series includes starfruit juice from the old Nanguo shop in Chiayi, providing a delightful surprise. Urban legend has it that one must drink a 1+1 (espresso + cappuccino) when visiting Xingbo, and the same can be done at Café Solution! Xiao Yu takes special pride in her cappuccino and strongly recommends drinking it all at once to experience the fusion of fine microfoam and crema, delivering a smooth, rich, and aromatic satisfaction.
