Yuan Le An & Miss Morning Introduction
What you eat is not just cake, but the pure spirit of Taiwanese people. What year did it open? 2016? Or was it 2014? Miss Morning picks up her phone and scrolls through the river of memories... Miss Morning and Yuan Le An were once two restaurants sharing the same space, which merged after relocating, offering both creative brunch and Japanese-style set meals. The two brands share the same philosophy, insisting on using fresh ingredients daily and cooking in a healthy and additive-free way, sharing the food they love with customers. The chef of Yuan Le An has a family herbal medicine shop, which allows for direct blending of the spices and stew packets needed for cooking. Because of her passion for cooking, all meals are made fresh, even the ribs are hand-broken to ensure tenderness, as if cooking for herself. After years of success with takeout boxes, during the level 3 alert when dine-in was banned, many regular customers thought of them first when looking for bento. Fortunately, during the pandemic, the business was not greatly affected! Ah! It was opened in 2015. Miss Morning finally scrolled to the year of the opening; at that time, there weren’t many brunch places, and she brought stable quality illy coffee and the wonderful skills of several home bakers to the citizens of Chiayi City. Throughout the journey, they have remained consistent. Image source: Chiayi City Government Tourism Bureau | Photography: Mag.
