Yuan Le An & Miss Morning Introduction

What you eat is not just a cake, but the pure spirit of the Taiwanese people. What year did it open? 2016? Or was it 2014? Ms. Morning picks up her phone and scrolls back through the river of time... Ms. Morning and Yuan Le An were once two restaurants sharing a space, and after relocating, they merged to offer both creative brunches and Japanese-style set meals. Both brands share the same philosophy, insisting on using fresh, health-conscious, and additive-free ingredients to share the food they love with customers. The chef of Yuan Le An has a family background in traditional Chinese medicine, allowing her to directly blend spices and seasonings needed for cooking. Passionate about cooking, all dishes are made fresh; even the spare ribs are meticulously crafted by hand as if preparing them for herself. Having successfully run takeout meal boxes for many years, when the level-three alert prohibited dine-in services, many loyal customers thought of them first when wanting lunch boxes. During the pandemic, they were fortunate that business did not suffer significantly! Ah! It opened in 2015. Ms. Morning finally scrolled to the year of the opening, when brunch spots were still few and far between, bringing stable quality illy coffee and the wonderful skills of several family bakers to the citizens of Chiayi. All along, they have remained consistent. Image source: Chiayi City Government Tourism Office | Photographer: Mag.
