Coffee Solution Introduction
In the summer, enjoy a cup of world champion coffee and a special blend of coffee with South Gate star fruit juice at "Coffee Solution," located on Anle Street in Chiayi City. This narrow street feels like an alley, with a small space and limited seating, creating a simple and cozy atmosphere that helps patrons relax. The owner, Xiaoyu, worked for many years at Simple Kaffa and is a direct disciple of World Champion Barista Wu Ze-Lin. In 2021, Xiaoyu returned to her hometown to open this shop, bringing XINGBO coffee beans to Chiayi, so locals no longer have to queue in Taipei for champion coffee. The founding concept is to share the coffee drinking culture learned in Taipei with fellow enthusiasts back home. Coffee Solution offers hand-brewed and espresso coffee, as well as daily limited desserts that pair well. For those who are not fans of pure coffee, creative drinks are also available. The summer lemon coffee series contains star fruit juice from the famous South Gate shop in Chiayi, which is a delightful surprise. Local legends say that a must-try at XINGBO is the 1+1 (espresso + cappuccino), and you can also order it similarly at Coffee Solution! Xiaoyu takes special pride in her cappuccino and strongly recommends drinking it all at once to experience the rich combination of fine milk foam and crema, resulting in a smooth, rich, and aromatic satisfaction.
