Coffee Prescription Introduction
In the summer, enjoy a cup of World Champion coffee and the special coffee blend with Nanguan starfruit juice at Coffee Solution located on Anle Street in Chiayi City, a narrow alley-like street. The space is small with limited seating, featuring a simple and cozy style that allows for relaxation. The owner, Xiaoyu, has worked for many years at Simple Kaffa and is a direct disciple of World Champion Barista Wu Ze-lin. In 2021, Xiaoyu returned home to open the shop, introducing Hsing Po coffee beans to Chiayi, so locals can enjoy champion coffee without having to queue in Taipei. The concept of the shop is to share the better coffee drinking culture learned in Taipei with fellow enthusiasts back home. Coffee Solution offers hand-brewed and espresso coffee, along with limited daily desserts. For those who are not fond of pure coffee, creative mixed drinks are also available. The summer lemon coffee series contains starfruit juice from the old shop in Nanguan, which is surprising. There’s a popular saying that one must try the 1+1 (espresso + cappuccino) at Hsing Po, and the same can be ordered at Coffee Solution! Xiaoyu takes special pride in her Cappuccino and strongly recommends drinking it all at once to experience the fusion of silky milk foam and crema, providing a smooth, rich, and aromatic satisfaction.
