A world champion coffee and South Gate starfruit juice special coffee are a must-try during summer at the Coffee Solution, located on Anle Street in Chiayi City. This narrow, alley-like street offers a cozy space with limited seating, creating a simple yet warm atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The owner, Xiao Yu, has worked for many years at Simple Kaffa and is a direct disciple of world champion barista Wu Ze-Lin. In 2021, Xiao Yu returned home to open the shop, introducing Xingbo coffee beans to Chiayi so that locals no longer have to queue in Taipei to enjoy champion coffee. The store's philosophy is to share the coffee drinking culture learned in Taipei with fellow enthusiasts in her hometown. Coffee Solution provides hand-drip and espresso options, along with daily limited desserts for pairing. For those who aren't fond of pure coffee, creative beverages are also available. The summer lemon series coffee incorporates starfruit juice from the old South Gate shop in Chiayi, providing a delightful surprise. It's said that one must enjoy the 1+1 (espresso + cappuccino) when drinking coffee at Xingbo, and the same applies at Coffee Solution! Xiao Yu takes pride in her cappuccino and strongly recommends finishing it in one sip to experience the blend of fine foam and crema, resulting in a smooth, rich, and aromatic satisfaction.
