Fuzhang Liangcai Woodcraft Workshop Introduction
The Escape Block Workshop was established in 2018 at the old prison dormitory complex in Chiayi, focusing on wood as its main theme to promote wooden architecture, wood culture, and wood education. It carries on the historical legacy of wood from the past and advocates the positive aspects of timber, hoping that these wonderful things will continue to be passed down in Chiayi, known as the Wood Capital. The recommended "Escape Block" starts with the imagery of a prison, using Alaskan cedar as the material, and narrates the story of the transformation of the old prison into a museum, breaking down the walls to invite people in for visits. It develops a fun and educational block board game. Similar to a stacking game, it is a tabletop game suitable for all ages and easy to play.
