Aomian Handmade Baking Workshop Introduction
The proud handmade surprise, Angela and Eric, were originally just work colleagues, but their shared passion for baking led them to decide to start a business together. Initially, they began as a workshop, but wanting to see the happy smiles on their customers' faces after enjoying their food, they transformed into a coffee and dessert shop, embarking on a new journey with "Aoman Handmade Baking Workshop." All the desserts and breads in the shop are made by themselves. Before the shop opens each day, the two immerse themselves in making pastries. They specialize in handmade mille-feuille cakes that stack layers of deliciousness with different ingredients. All desserts are based on refreshing whipped cream with reduced sweetness to lessen the burden on the stomach. The popular daily limited bread on the shelf is made with yeast they personally cultivated. The most popular drink, "Coffee Lemonade," is a mix of single-origin coffee with freshly squeezed lemon juice and brown sugar syrup, with sugar on the rim of the cup, adding a sweet and sour surprise to the coffee, making it as addictive as drinking a cocktail, a must-order item in summer.
