The Handcrafted Surprise that We Are Most Proud Of: Angela and Eric, who were originally just colleagues, decided to start a business together because they shared a passion for baking. They initially began as a studio but transformed into a café and dessert shop to enjoy the happiness on customers' faces when they eat the food. This marked the start of their new journey with "Aoman Handmade Bakery Workshop." All the desserts and breads in the store are made with care by the two of them. Before opening each day, they dedicate their time to making pastries, focusing on handmade mille-feuille cakes layered with various ingredients to create delicious flavors. The desserts are based on light and fresh whipped cream with reduced sweetness to lessen the burden on the stomach. The popular daily limited bread is made using yeast cultivated by themselves. The most popular drink, "Coffee Lemonade," combines single-origin coffee with fresh lemon juice and brown sugar syrup, with the rim dipped in granulated sugar, adding a sweet and sour surprise to the coffee that makes it as addictive as a cocktail.
