Auman Handcrafted Bakery Workshop Introduction
Proudly Handmade Surprises Angela and Eric were originally just coworkers, but shared a passion for baking led them to start a business together. Initially, they began with a studio-type setup, but wanting to see the happy smiles on customers' faces after enjoying their meals inspired them to transform into a café and dessert shop, marking the beginning of "Aoman Handmade Baking Workshop." All the desserts and bread in the shop are made with their own hands. Before opening each day, the two spend time focused on making pastries, specializing in handmade mille-feuille cakes that stack layers of deliciousness with different ingredients. The desserts are all based on light and fresh whipped cream with reduced sweetness to ease gastrointestinal burdens. The popular limited-edition daily bread is made using their own cultivated yeast for fermentation. The most popular drink, "Coffee Lemonade," is a blend of single-origin coffee mixed with freshly squeezed lemon juice and brown sugar syrup, with the rim coated in sugar, adding a sweet and sour surprise to the coffee, making it as addictive as a cocktail— a must-order item in the summer.
