Aomei Handcrafted Baking Workshop Introduction
The proud handmade surprise, Angela and Eric, were originally just work colleagues who decided to start a business together due to their shared passion for baking. Initially, they began as a studio, but they wanted to witness the happy smiles of customers enjoying their dishes, which led to the transformation into a café and dessert shop, opening a new journey for "Aoman Handmade Bakery Workshop." All the desserts and breads in the shop are personally made by the duo. Before opening each day, they dedicate their time to creating pastries, focusing on handmade mille-feuille cakes layered with different ingredients to create rich flavors. The desserts are based on light and fresh whipped cream with reduced sweetness to lessen the burden on the stomach. The popular daily limited edition bread is made using yeast cultivated by themselves. The most popular drink, "Coffee Lemonade," combines single-origin coffee with freshly squeezed lemon juice and black sugar syrup, with the rim coated in granulated sugar, adding a sweet and sour surprise to the coffee experience, making it as addictive as cocktails and a must-have item in summer.
