Yihsing Brewery (Yihsing Sauce Company) Introduction
Houwai Ganlu Gift Box is an old brand with over 70 years of history, currently the only traditional soy sauce brewery in Chiayi City. It has been awarded the Ministry of Economic Affairs' "Local Characteristic Old Store Award" and the Industrial Development Bureau's "New Flavor Trend Silver Award." Black bean soy sauce is a traditional flavor in Taiwan. Houwai Ganlu has developed the "Houwai Ganlu Gift Box," which contains "Houwai Soy Paste" and "Houwai Ganlu," to recreate this memory. Made from black beans through a secondary brewing process involving over 30 steps and brewed for more than 360 days, it features double the amount of black beans and longer fermentation time, resulting in a high concentration of soy juice that upgrades both flavor and aroma. The high-purity black bean juice presents a natural amber color without any preservatives, flavor enhancers, or saccharin, offering a multi-layered taste experience that bursts with rich bean aroma upon the first bite.
