I-Hsing Brewing (I-Hsing Sauce Co., Ltd.) Introduction
Hou Wei Gan Lu gift box, a brand with over 70 years of history, is currently the only traditional soy sauce factory in Chiayi City. It has been selected for the Ministry of Economic Affairs' "Local Characteristic Old Store Award" and the Industrial Development Bureau's "New Flavor Silver Award." The black bean soy sauce is a traditional taste of Taiwan. Hou Wei Gan Lu has developed the "Hou Wei Gan Lu gift box," which contains "Hou Wei oil paste" and "Hou Wei Gan Lu," to recreate nostalgic memories. Made from black beans through a secondary fermentation process involving over 30 steps and fermented for more than 360 days, it uses double the amount of black beans and has a longer fermentation time, resulting in a higher concentration of bean juice that enhances the flavor and aroma. The high-purity black bean juice presents a natural amber color, with no preservatives, flavor enhancers, or saccharin added. It offers a multi-layered taste profile with rich bean aroma that fills the mouth upon the first sip.
