Yihsing Brewing (Yihsing Sauce Industry Co., Ltd.) Introduction
Hou Wei Gan Lu Gift Box, Yi Xing Jia Niang, is an old brand with over 70 years of history and is currently the only traditional soy sauce factory in Chiayi City. It has won the Ministry of Economic Affairs' "Local Characteristic Old Store Award" and the Industrial Development Bureau's "New Taste Silver Award." Black bean soy sauce is a traditional flavor in Taiwan. Yi Xing Jia Niang has developed the "Hou Wei Gan Lu Gift Box" containing "Hou Wei Oil Paste" and "Hou Wei Gan Lu," which recreates nostalgic memories. Made using over 30 processes of secondary brewing and fermented for over 360 days with black beans, it uses double the amount of black beans and a longer fermentation time, resulting in a higher concentration of bean juice that enhances the flavor and aroma. The high-purity black bean juice shows a natural amber color, without additives of preservatives, flavor enhancers, or sweeteners, and offers a multi-layered taste experience with rich bean aroma upon first bite.
