Hui Xiang Chiayi Turkey Rice is different from the regular turkey rice; instead of using shredded turkey meat, they cut the turkey into chunks to enhance the texture and chewiness. This is paired with a sauce they developed using black soy sauce and broth, presenting their exclusive flavor which is favored by office workers and local bosses in the nearby Tucheng Industrial Zone, who specifically crave their dishes! The turkey rice sold here uses real turkey meat as the main ingredient, and unlike other places that serve shredded chicken, they present it in chunks to improve the texture and chewiness.
