Boss Wang's stall prepares more than ten types of cooked food daily, including pig ears, pig skin, liver, ham, sausage, and roasted chicken. The roasted chicken is specially prepared with a herbal marinade, cooking fresh chickens slaughtered on the same day, and then it is placed in the oven to be smoked with sugar. The process involves cleaning the inside of the whole pig foot by scraping out the bones and meat, leaving only the hollow pig skin.
