Good Tea Snack (Yuan Shun Yi Tea House) Introduction
Pinglin Wenshan Pouchong tea is renowned throughout Taiwan. This variety was introduced from Quanzhou, Fujian during the Guangxu period. The roasted tea leaves appear in curled strands, and when brewed, the tea soup is golden in color, with a delicate fragrance that is smooth and refreshing on the palate. "Shun Yi Tea House" operates its own tea garden, where the owner combines tea leaves with dining to offer a tea-infused banquet. Signature dishes include old tea mountain pork, tea oil pork belly, tea oil free-range chicken, tea oil noodles, and tea-flavored sausages. The standout feature of these dishes is their tea fragrance, providing a refreshing and unique flavor that encourages patrons to return.
