Sanjiao Yong (Mother Xu) Pickled Vegetables Tea Introduction
The restaurant is located directly across from the Zushi Temple. Its biggest feature is the sale of various traditional pickled vegetables made by hand, including homemade fermented tofu, pickled vegetables, and tender ginger, all showcasing the traditional flavors of "mom's cooking." They emphasize following ancient methods of production, which are distinctly different from those made in factories. In particular, their fermented tofu products are rich in taste, making them an excellent companion for stir-fried dishes and rice porridge.
