SanJiaoYong (Xu Mama) Pickled Tea Introduction
The restaurant is located directly across from the Zushi Temple, and its biggest feature is selling a variety of handmade traditional pickled vegetables, including homemade fermented tofu, mustard greens, and tender ginger. They pride themselves on following traditional methods, making their products distinctly different from those made in factories. Especially their fermented tofu series has a rich texture, making it a perfect companion for stir-fried dishes and served with rice porridge.
