Dong Dao Dining Pavilion Introduction
Dongdao is a well-known retro restaurant located on Ren'ai Old Street in Sanxia. Although the owner is quite young, the old furniture from the 1950s and 1960s, vintage televisions, old movie posters, classic soda bottles, and rotary phones create a strong sense of nostalgia, evoking happy memories for many. Outside the restaurant, there is a very vintage tricycle that has become an important photo spot for tourists visiting Sanxia. The most famous dishes inside are the fragrant Pork Rib Rice and Braised Pork Rice. Especially when sitting in front of the old black-and-white television eating Pork Rib Rice, the sense of longing for family dinners from the past is rekindled. Dongdao's Pork Rib Rice features large meat chunks that are carefully prepared, using selected local black pork from Sanxia, paired with the restaurant's exquisite side dishes, making it both tasteful and filling, leaving a lasting impression. In addition to Pork Rib Rice, the popular Crispy Chicken Leg is also one of Dongdao's signature dishes. Apart from Pork Rib Rice, Chicken Leg Rice, and Braised Pork Rice, various types of noodles are also available, making it a must-try when visiting the old street.
