Gu Bo Rice Noodles is a beloved snack shop located on Minquan Old Street in Sanxia, highly praised by food experts. In fact, over ten years ago, Mr. Gu was a well-known tailor on Sanxia Old Street, but due to the pressures of the changing ready-to-wear market, he decided to apprentice in Hsinchu.
