Gu Bo Mi Tai Mu is a popular snack shop located on Minquan Old Street in Sanxia, highly praised by food enthusiasts. Many people believe that the owner, Gu Guohuang, must have decades of culinary skills to master the art of making Mi Tai Mu so perfectly. In reality, over ten years ago, Gu was a well-known tailor in Sanxia Old Street, but unable to compete with the changes in the ready-to-wear market, he decided to apprentice in Hsinchu to learn the craft.
