Zhuangzi Potato Bean Soup Introduction
The restaurant "Selling Potato Pudding Soup" has moved a total of four times and is now located at the corner of Minsheng Road and Hai'an Road. Since the opening of Hai'an Road, business has been improving, but out-of-town visitors often have trouble finding "Selling Potato Pudding Soup." In response to customer requests, the third-generation owner, Chuang Shih-Tsang, named the store "Chuangzi" and also renovated the shop, hanging up photos of his grandfather as a signboard. He hopes that passersby will feel refreshed when they walk by.
