Bao'an Road Rice Cake Introduction
The restaurant originated in 1961, started by the couple Hong Bing-ren at the intersection of Ximen Road and Fufan Road in Tainan City (known as Xiada Avenue). In 1980, due to road expansion and demolition, it relocated to its current site and has continued to operate since then, now managed by the second generation. Our rice cake insists on traditional methods, preserving the authentic taste with a unique flavor, fragrant meat sauce, and fresh fish flakes, while also maintaining the traditional wrapping method using bamboo leaves. After steaming, it becomes even more flavorful.
