Bao'an Road Rice Cake Introduction

The restaurant originated in 1961, founded by the couple Hong Bing-ren at the intersection of Ximen Road and Fucheng Road in Tainan City (location: Lower Avenue). In 1980, due to road expansion and demolition, it was relocated to its current site. It is now run by the second generation. Our rice cakes adhere to traditional methods, preserving the old-fashioned taste with a unique flavor, fragrant pork belly, and fresh fish flakes. We also stick to traditional wrapping methods (using bamboo leaves). After steaming, the flavors become even more pronounced.
