Baoan Road Rice Cake Introduction
The restaurant originated in the 50th year of the Republic of China, founded by the couple Hong Bing-ren at the intersection of Ximen Road and Fufeng Road in Tainan City (place name: Xia Dadao). In the 69th year, due to road expansion and demolition, it was relocated to the current site and continued operations, now managed by the second generation. Our rice cakes adhere to traditional methods, preserving the old-fashioned taste with a unique flavor, fragrant meat sauce, and fresh fish flakes, while also maintaining the traditional wrapping method (using bamboo leaves). After steaming, they taste even better.
