Bao'an Road Rice Cake Introduction
The restaurant originated in the 50th year of the Republic of China, founded by the couple Hong Bing-ren at the corner of Ximen Road and Fuzhong Road (known as Xiada Avenue) in Tainan City. In the 69th year, due to road expansion and demolition, they relocated to the current location and continued operations, now run by the second generation. Our rice cake insists on traditional methods, preserving the old-fashioned taste with a unique flavor, aromatic minced meat, and fresh fish floss. We also retain the traditional wrapping method (using bamboo leaves). After steaming, the flavors become even more pronounced.
