Bao'an Road Rice Cake Introduction

The restaurant originated in the 50th year of the Republic of China, founded by Mr. and Mrs. Hong Bing-ren at the intersection of Ximen Road and Fuchien Road in Tainan City (local name: Xia Da Dao). In the 69th year, due to road expansion and demolition, the restaurant moved to its current location and has continued operations, now being run by the second generation. This restaurant insists on traditional methods for making rice cakes, preserving the old-fashioned taste with a unique flavor. The braised meat is fragrant, and the fish strips are fresh, while still using the traditional method of wrapping with bamboo leaves. After steaming, the flavors are even more enhanced.
