Ye's Family Seafood Rice Vermicelli Introduction
Tainan's first "Small Squid Rice Noodle" was founded by Yeh Shui-Long in the "Big Vegetable Market" of old Tainan. Now, it is run by the third generation, Yeh Tien-Shun, and his daughter-in-law, Jin-Feng, and has been in business for over 60 years. Unlike regular rice noodles, we use Tainan's unique "coarse rice noodles," made from brown rice that is easy on the stomach! They resemble traditional rice noodles but have a smooth, tender, and chewy texture. The squid is sourced from Indonesia's deep-sea imports, with thick, fresh meat that gives a chewy bite. It is served with a broth made from boiled cuttlefish and finely chopped celery, with a hint of pepper for a refreshing sweetness. We do not add any artificial flavor enhancers or sugar, so please enjoy with peace of mind!
