Ye Jia Small Cuttlefish Rice Noodles Introduction
Tainan's very first "Small Squid Rice Vermicelli" was founded by Ye Shui Long at the "Dachai Market" in Old Tainan, and it has now been operated by the third generation, Ye Tian Shun and his daughter-in-law Jin Feng, for over 60 years. Unlike regular rice vermicelli, we use Tainan's unique "thick rice vermicelli" made from brown rice, which is gentle on the stomach! Its appearance is similar to that of rice noodles, but the texture is smooth and chewy without being mushy. The small squid is sourced from deep-sea imports from Indonesia, featuring thick and fresh meat with a chewy texture. It is paired with a broth made from cooked cuttlefish and minced celery, with just a hint of pepper, providing a refreshing sweetness. There are absolutely no artificial MSG or sugar added, so please enjoy it with peace of mind!
