Ye's Family Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Cuttlefish Introduction
The earliest "Small Octopus Rice Noodles" in Tainan was established by Ye Shui-Long at the "Dachai Market" in Old Tainan, and is now operated by the third generation, Ye Tien-Shun and his daughter-in-law, Jin-Feng. It has been in business for over 60 years. Unlike ordinary rice noodles, we use the unique "coarse rice noodles" from Tainan, made from brown rice, which is gentle on the stomach! They resemble rice vermicelli in appearance, but have a tender and chewy texture without being mushy. The small octopus is sourced from Indonesia's deep-sea imports, with thick, fresh, and delicious meat that offers a springy texture. It is served with a broth made from boiled cuttlefish and finely chopped celery, seasoned with a bit of pepper for a refreshing sweetness. No artificial flavoring or sugar is added, so please enjoy with peace of mind!
