Budai Ai Yu Introduction
Our shop uses agar jelly sourced from Alishan at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,800 meters, from a natural wild agar jelly cultivation site where the yield is quite limited. The production process of agar jelly is entirely handmade, freshly prepared, washed, and sold on-site to create a rich texture that melts in your mouth, which is an incomparable natural beverage that cannot be replaced by machines or chemical processing. We also select locally sourced fresh fruits to make our fruit jams (including black mulberries from Tainan's Xiaying, passion fruits from Puli, green mangoes from Tainan's Yujing, pineapples from Tainan's Guanmiao, and lemon from Jiuru, Pingtung, guaranteed to be free of preservatives and artificial flavors). The fruit agar jelly we concoct offers a variety of choices and layered texture changes, unlike the typical single-flavor traditional agar jelly, allowing consumers to enjoy a safe, natural, healthy, and guilt-free product. This is our commitment and goal.
