Fudo Ayu Introduction
Our shop uses Aiyu harvested from the natural wild Aiyu plantations at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,800 meters in Alishan. The yield is relatively rare, and the Aiyu is made entirely by hand on-site, washed and sold fresh, which allows us to create a rich texture and delicious melt-in-your-mouth Aiyu that cannot be replaced by machine or chemical processing. We also select local fresh fruits to brew our fruit jams (such as mulberries from Xiaying, Tainan; passion fruit from Puli; green mangoes from Yujing, Tainan; pineapples from Guanmiao, Tainan; and calamondin from Jiuru, Pingtung) and guarantee that they contain no preservatives or artificial flavors. Our blended fruit Aiyu differs from traditional single-flavor Aiyu, offering multiple choices and a multi-layered texture that allows consumers to enjoy a safe, natural, healthy, and guilt-free beverage, which is our commitment and goal.
