Buddha Loves Ai Yu Introduction
Our shop uses aiyu harvested from the natural wild aiyu cultivation area at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,800 meters in Alishan. The yield is quite rare, and the aiyu is made entirely by hand, freshly washed and sold on-site, creating a rich texture and melt-in-your-mouth flavor that cannot be substituted by machine or chemical processing, making it a truly natural beverage. We also select local fresh fruits to make our fruit jams, including mulberries from Xiaying in Tainan, passion fruit from Puli, green mangoes from Yujing in Tainan, pineapples from Guanmiao in Tainan, and calamansi from Jiuruchiao in Pingtung, guaranteed to be free of preservatives and artificial flavors. Our fruit aiyu, unlike the traditional single-flavor aiyu, offers diverse options and layered textures, allowing consumers to enjoy it with peace of mind, naturally, healthily, and without burden, which is our pursuit and goal.
