Fu Sheng Snack Shop Introduction
Fusheng Snack Shop is run by a group of master chefs who initially came from Quansheng. Upholding the spirit of "breaking bones to turn courage," they offer unique flavors at reasonable prices, ensuring that traditional craftsmanship does not fade away in Tainan’s street food scene. The shop primarily serves rice and soup dishes, with the most popular items being various types of meatball soups, available in four flavors: mackerel balls, shrimp balls, pork balls, and stuffed meatballs. The chefs personally select their ingredients every morning to ensure the freshness of the fish, with all products being produced and sold on-site. In addition to old-fashioned braised pork rice, mushroom pork rice, fish floss pork rice, and rice cakes, the stir-fried dishes of braised flatfish with Chinese cabbage and shredded bamboo shoots with scrambled eggs are must-try sides that allow locals to enjoy great flavors at minimal cost.
