Fu-Sheng Snack Shop Introduction
Fusheng Snack Shop is run by chefs who have all come from Quansheng, embodying the spirit of "breaking one's bones to turn courage upside down." The restaurant focuses on rice and soup dishes, with the most popular items among gourmands being the various types of fish ball soup, which includes four flavors: mackerel fish balls, shrimp balls, meat balls, and tribute balls. The chefs purchase fresh fish every morning to ensure the quality, operating a farm-to-table model. Besides traditional braised pork rice, mushroom pork rice, fish floss pork rice, and rice cakes, the stir-fried dishes of flattened fish with braised cabbage and stir-fried bamboo shoots with eggs are must-try side dishes, allowing the locals to enjoy great flavors at minimal cost.
