Shanli Aiyu Ice Introduction

Unlike the imitation Aiyu made with starch, the Aiyu here is genuine, made from the Aiyu fruit itself. To prepare pure Aiyu, the following steps must be taken: First, the Aiyu fruit is picked and cut open, then dried in the sun to dehydrate the flesh inside. Next, the Aiyu seeds are extracted from the fruit, placed in a special cloth, and kneaded in water to release the sticky Aiyu syrup. Finally, the Aiyu syrup is placed in a bucket of water, and after 50 minutes, it solidifies, transforming into a wobbly and plump Aiyu! The pudding here is also famous; unlike others, it is white and free of artificial coloring (most puddings are yellow because they contain additives).
