Shan Li Aiyu Ice Introduction

Unlike the imitation Aiyu made with gelatin powder, the Aiyu here is made from real ingredients, using Aiyu fruit to create pure Aiyu. It goes through the following steps to take shape: first, the Aiyu fruit is picked and cut open, then sun-dried to dry the flesh inside. After that, the Aiyu seeds are removed and placed in a special cloth to be kneaded in water, washing out the sticky Aiyu gel. Finally, the Aiyu gel is placed in a bucket of water, and after 50 minutes, it will solidify and turn into a wobbly, plump Aiyu! The Tofu pudding here is also quite famous; unlike others, the Tofu pudding here is white and made without color additives (typical Tofu pudding appears yellow because it contains color additives).
