Shanli Aiyu Ice Introduction
Unlike the fake Aiyu made with vegetable gel powder, the Aiyu here is made from real ingredients, specifically from the Aiyu fruit. The process to make pure Aiyu involves the following steps: first, the Aiyu fruit is picked and cut open, then left to sun dry to dehydrate the flesh. Next, the Aiyu seeds are extracted and placed in a special cloth, which is then rolled in water to wash out the sticky "Aiyu jelly." Finally, the Aiyu jelly is placed in a bucket of water, and after 50 minutes, it will solidify, transforming into a jiggle-like, plump Aiyu! The pudding here is also quite famous; unlike other puddings, it is white and contains no coloring (most puddings appear yellow due to added dyes).
