Hershey Healthy Baking Introduction
In 1989, Deng Shuling in the United States began her baking journey due to her pregnancy, struggling with greasy and heavily salted foods. After returning to Taiwan and witnessing frequent food safety incidents, she established the Heir's Studio, offering natural yeast bread made to order for delivery. Deng Shuling insists that her bread is 100% natural and made with seasonal ingredients. Concerned about the potential presence of food additives in semi-finished products, she also strives to make the fillings herself, visiting small farmers to ensure the quality of raw materials. Her method utilizes natural sourdough yeast for low-temperature, long-duration fermentation, developing natural flavors and textures without any artificial additives. Each bread in the store undergoes a healthy production process of over 40 hours. Due to consumer recognition, Heir's opened a physical store in 2014 and passed the ISO 9001 certification in 2016 to further enhance product quality. Despite the complicated and time-consuming process of making natural yeast bread, often affected by the weather, what keeps Shuling motivated is the support and affirmation from her customers. The natural and healthy bread is a top choice for many fitness enthusiasts and health-conscious customers, especially appealing to those with high blood pressure or cholesterol issues, as eating Shuling's bread does not cause bloating or discomfort. Obsessed with fermented foods, Shuling has also developed products like rice wine and tempeh, with her gardenia rice wine, gardenia flower wine, and passion fruit wine soon to be launched! The walls of Heir's Healthy Bakery feature paintings of a magical forest and fairies, symbolizing that each bread in the shop is a creation of "health" and "creativity." Upon tasting, the slightly sour flavor and 100% natural ingredients work like magic to make your digestive system healthier! Recommended dishes: Gardenia Red Bean Bread, Youth Brew, Ai Yu Jelly.
