The founder, Lin Dong, learned the craft of making authentic Tangshan mochi after befriending someone from Tangshan. The signature traditional mochi combines the fragrance of glutinous rice with a chewy texture that doesn't stick to the teeth, featuring visible mung bean filling blended with sweet and fragrant peanut powder, offering a unique sweet and salty flavor.
