The founder, Lin Dong, learned the authentic technique of making Tangshan mochi through friendships with locals in Tangshan. The signature traditional mochi combines the fragrance of glutinous rice with an incredibly chewy texture, leaving no residue between your teeth. Each piece is filled with visible mung bean paste and sweet ground peanuts, creating a uniquely sweet and salty flavor.
