Cotton and Linen House Introduction
The owner, Long Huimei, was selected as the Aboriginal Resident Artist in 2008 and has received wide acclaim for her multiple exhibitions both domestically and internationally in recent years. She has recently set up her studio in her hometown of Longchang Village, aiming to further benefit the community and create more job opportunities. The hemp and linen materials are handmade and dyed natural fibers, using fruits and seeds from nature as materials and accessories, emphasizing the importance of cherishing natural resources. They are both eco-friendly and aesthetically pleasing, showcasing perfect handmade weaving techniques with unique shapes.
