Hong An Organic Workshop Introduction
Adjacent to the Dulan Mountain Range in Taitung, "Hong An Yuan" Natural Grass Farming is named after the three characters derived from the names of the owner's three children, Li Yan-Sen. The owner inherits the experience from his elderly father, cultivating high-quality and naturally organic crops using natural grass cultivation and self-sustaining ecological planting methods, developing various fresh leaf and product derivatives. Handpicked and processed, each leaf and grass is treated with care. Their Acacia sauce is developed in collaboration with the Deep Ocean Water Development Project of the Taitung County Government, incorporating deep ocean water to enhance the texture, richness, and nutritional value. The seasoned farmer, known as Uncle Acacia, is working diligently with his hands to pave a longer and brighter future for "Hong An Yuan Natural Grass Farming."
