Hong An Organic Workshop Introduction
Adjacent to the Dulan Mountain Range in Taitung, "Hong An Yuan" Natural Grass Farming is named after the three children of owner Lee Yan-Sen. Drawing on the experience passed down from his elderly father, the owner cultivates high-quality, naturally organic crops using natural grass farming and native ecological planting methods, developing a variety of fresh leaf and product lines. Hand-picked and hand-processed, every leaf and stalk is treated with care. Their signature sweet osmanthus sauce has been enhanced by collaboration with the Taitung County Government's Deep Sea Water Development Project, incorporating deep sea water for a more delicate texture, richer flavor, and increased nutritional value. "Xiangchun Bo," the knowledgeable farmer, is diligently working to pave a longer future for "Hong An Yuan Natural Grass Farming" with his own hands.
