Hong An Organic Workshop Introduction
Adjacent to the Dulan Mountain Range in Taitung, "Hong An Yuan" Natural Grass Farming is named after the three characters taken from the names of the owner's three children, Li Yan-Sen. The owner inherits the experience from his elderly father and cultivates high-quality, naturally organic crops using natural grass farming and his own ecological planting methods. Various fresh leaves and products have been developed through hand-picking and manual processing. The chive sauce, in collaboration with the Taitung County Government's deep-sea water development project, incorporates deep-sea water, resulting in a more delicate texture and richer flavor, significantly enhancing its nutritional value. The farmer known as Chive Uncle is diligently paving the way for a brighter future for "Hong An Yuan Natural Grass Farming" with his own hands.
