Hong An Organic Workshop Introduction
Adjacent to the Dulan Mountain Range in Taitung, "Hong An Yuan" Natural Grass Farming is named after the three children of the owner, Li Yan-Sen. The owner inherits his experience from his elderly father, cultivating high-quality and naturally organic crops through natural grass farming and self-sustaining planting methods, and has developed various fresh leaf products. Hand-picked and hand-processed, each leaf and blade of grass is treated with care. The signature eucalyptus sauce has been integrated with a deep-sea water development project in collaboration with the Taitung County Government's Shihzi Center, resulting in a more delicate texture and richer flavor, further enhancing its nutritional value. Farmer Xiangchun Bo, with his hands, is diligently paving the way for a brighter future for "Hong An Yuan Natural Grass Farming."
