Hong An Organic Workshop Introduction
Adjacent to the Dulan Mountain Range in Taitung, "Hong An Yuan" Natural Grass Farming is named after the three children of the owner, Li Yansen. The owner inherits the experience from his elderly father and nurtures high-quality, naturally organic crops through natural grass farming and ecological planting methods, developing various fresh leaves and processed products. Hand-picked and hand-processed, each leaf and grass is cared for; their Chinese toon sauce, in collaboration with the Taitung County Government’s Deep Ocean Water Development Project, incorporates deep ocean water, resulting in a more delicate texture, richer flavor, and enhanced nutritional value. The seasoned farmer, known as Uncle Chinese Toon, is using his hands diligently to pave a longer and more sustainable future for "Hong An Yuan Natural Grass Farming."
