Hong An Yuan Organic Workshop Introduction
Located next to the Dulan Mountain Range in Taitung, "Hong An Yuan" Natural Grass Farming is named after the three children of owner Li Yan-Sen. The owner inherits the experience from his elderly father and grows high-quality and naturally organic crops through natural grass farming and ecological planting methods. They have developed various fresh leaf products and processed goods. Handpicked and hand-processed, each leaf and blade of grass, their acacia sauce is particularly unique, created in collaboration with the Taitung County Government's Deep Sea Water Development project, which incorporates deep sea water into the sauce, enhancing its delicate texture, rich flavor, and nutritional value. The mindful farmer, known as Acacia Uncle, is diligently working with his hands to pave a longer path for "Hong An Yuan Natural Grass Farming."
