Over 30 years ago, the owner started selling Dan Zai noodles from a small food cart at Fugang Fishing Port to make a living and serve fishermen. In the 1970s, with the development of the tourism industry and the expansion of the fishing port, the original Dan Zai noodle business was transformed into a seafood shop to cater to more tourists and local food enthusiasts, thus beginning the seafood business.
