The owner and chef of "Hong Jin Seafood Restaurant" is a master with over 40 years of culinary experience. In his youth, he traveled extensively throughout Taiwan and served in several renowned hotels. Cooking is almost a significant part of his life, and he is well-versed in the various transformations of ingredients. By chance, he arrived in Chenggong Township, and after falling in love with the environment, he decided to settle there. The owner has also conducted extensive research on the local swordfish cuisine.
