Mi Tai Mu Sister Seafood Restaurant Introduction
In 1967, the Mirtaim Sister's family came to Chenggong Township. At first, they sold ice to make a living, but later they encountered an elderly Hakka woman who told them that selling ice only had profit during the summer, and they would have to find a way to get by during other seasons. She then taught them how to make Mirtaim, which marked the beginning of the Mirtaim Sister's legend. Later, Mama Liu used a food cart to sell on the streets, offering not only Mirtaim but also some side dishes. During a time when a bowl of Mirtaim sold for one NT dollar, it is said that their highest daily revenue could exceed one thousand NT dollars. Compared to today, earning a thousand NT dollars in a day is already considered good, especially back then when it was a significant amount of money. Of course, the Mirtaim itself is delicious, but another reason for their success was that there was only one restaurant and another noodle stall in Chenggong Township at that time, leaving people with limited choices. Gradually, the Mirtaim Sister's business began to thrive.
