Qing Kun Shan Hsiu Li Oysters Introduction
"Qing Kun Shan Xiu Li Oysters" is located in an alley across from Qing Shan Fishing Harbor. Originally, only the locals knew about it, but it has now become a must-visit spot for tourists. Every morning, even before the stall is fully set up, customers start to arrive, and tour buses bring loads of visitors, making the narrow alley feel congested. The local residents are already accustomed to this and find it unremarkable. On the morning of the interview, over 200 orders had already accumulated, leaving the passengers of five later-arriving tour buses only able to look at the stall in disappointment, a clear indication of its popularity. The founder of "Xiu Li Oyster," Wang Chen Mei Gui, initially ran a small convenience store, where the fishermen from Qing Kun Shan would come in the afternoons after fishing to drink and chat.
