The Viewing Tower, located next to the Yan Cheng Inspection Station, is a three-story observatory that combines traditional pebble-washing and Cizhou pottery with wooden railings. Situated at the center of the lagoon, it offers expansive views of the surroundings, allowing visitors to enjoy sights such as Shigu Lagoon and Wangzailiao Sandbar. During the day, it provides a view of the unique shallow-sea aquaculture landscapes of the lagoon, while in the evening, one can appreciate the colorful sunset reflections on the water, creating a soothing scenery. It is a noteworthy sea-viewing spot; however, be cautious and walk slowly during nighttime as streetlights are sparse along the way to the Viewing Tower.

Located next to the Yancheng Inspection Office, it is a three-story observatory that combines traditional washed gravel and painted pottery with wooden railings. Situated in the center of the lagoon, it has an expansive view with sights such as the Qigu Lagoon and Wangzailiao Sand Bar easily visible. During the day, visitors can admire the unique shallow sea aquaculture landscape of the lagoon, while in the evening, they can enjoy the healing beauty of colorful sunset reflections on the water's surface. This is a remarkable seaside observation spot. However, the path leading to the Observation Pavilion has fewer streetlights, so please proceed with caution at night.
