Ching Kun Shan Shàng Hǎo Wèi Oyster Omelette Introduction

Influenced by this from a young age, after getting married, she set up a stall next to the Qiongkeshan police station selling breakfast and oyster omelets when her eldest son was only 8 months old. Her husband’s family raises oysters and is a major dealer in oysters. The freshly peeled oysters have a rich filling, and when you take a bite, the flavor of the oysters fills your mouth, lingering on your palate for a long time. The batter, aside from being made with soybean and flour, also includes rice milk, making the skin crispy and fragrant. They insist on letting customers eat healthily and safely, changing the oil daily so that when the oyster omelets are fried, they shine golden and are visually appealing, making it hard to resist having one or two more.
