When I was a child, my parents took me to eat oyster omelets, and after growing up and getting married, I would take my own children to eat them, reminiscing about the carefree days of childhood. People from all over Taiwan who served in the army in Qiongkengshan would return home after their service and bring friends and family to eat oyster omelets, reminiscing about their youthful days in the military. In short, they are fresh and generously filled, hygienic and healthy. The owner, Chen Furong, comes from a family that loves to do business; her parents and uncles are all businesspeople, so she grew up around it. After getting married, when her eldest son was only 8 months old, she started selling breakfast and oyster omelets next to the Qiongkengshan police station. Her husband's family engages in oyster farming and is also a major oyster wholesaler. The freshly shucked oysters are abundant in filling, and with one bite, the rich oyster flavor lingers in the mouth and on the palate. The batter, aside from using bean flour and wheat flour, also includes rice milk, giving the omelets a crispy texture. Additionally, she insists on letting customers eat healthily and with peace of mind, changing the oil daily, so when the oyster omelets are served, they are golden and glistening, making it tempting to eat one or two more. Besides oyster omelets, "Shang Haowei Oyster Omelet" also sells meat omelets, dried shrimp omelets, squid omelets, fried radish cake, fried tilapia, and fried milkfish.
