Qigu / Dragon Gate Inn Restaurant Introduction
Dragon Gate Inn offers a comfortable and clean dining environment with a variety of famous seafood dishes from Qigu District. The cuisine is refined yet affordable, featuring large portions of milkfish and fresh oyster dishes that are very satisfying. Behind the restaurant, there is a small lake where guests can enjoy the view while dining. Dragon Gate Inn showcases many locally representative dishes using fresh seafood, ensuring that every dish is delicious and flavorful. The "Salt-Baked Milkfish," "Salt-Baked Shrimp," and "Salt-Baked Crab" are prepared by wrapping the seafood in coarse sea salt, locking in the sweetness and flavor of the ingredients. Once the coarse salt is removed, the fresh, juicy, and delightful taste is immediately revealed, allowing diners to experience the original freshness and aroma of the seafood. The "Crispy Fish Dorsal Fin" uses the fatty dorsal fin part of milkfish, which is marinated and naturally sun-dried to absorb the essence of sunlight. After frying, it retains a slightly chewy texture, and each bite is still full of sweet and delicious flavor. Due to the time-consuming nature of this dish, it is recommended to make a reservation a day in advance. The "Crispy Burdock Strips" are made by directly deep-frying fresh burdock strips and then sprinkling with black sesame seeds. Each bite offers a crispy texture and the sweetness of burdock.
