Yangmingshan Night View Introduction
The night view of Yangmingshan is quite famous in Taipei City. As you ascend along Yangde Boulevard, you can enjoy the splendid starry sky and the twinkling lights of the city at night. Great spots for viewing the night scenery include Baiyun Mountain Villa, the Zhuzi Lake viewing platform, in front of Yonggong Road, Lin Yutang's former residence, and around Yangmingshan Park towards Dinghu or Beitou areas. Additionally, the Erziping Recreational Area and Qingtian Gang, due to their broad vistas, are also excellent for stargazing and moon watching. A particularly iconic spot is the back mountain of Chinese Culture University, which is close to the Taipei Basin and has a steep angle, giving the sensation of looking down at the night view, creating an experience that makes one feel as if they are instantly immersed in a dream of countless lights.
